The Challenge
The Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) sought to strengthen its organizational culture and spotlight the contributions of its veteran employees. The goal was to produce a documentary-style video that authentically captures their professional impact and personal experiences to foster greater awareness, inclusion, and appreciation within the House community.
