All video production projects come with a set two revisions included. Anything more than the complimentary two comes at an additional charge.

All photography projects come with one revision. Anything more than the complimentary revision comes at an additional charge.

Item descrIf for any reason the CLIENT cancels before the date, Wyman J Productions will keep the event retainer fee(ie: security deposit) paid to hold the date as a cancellation fee. Cancellation must be made by email. However, if the CLIENT requests to change the date, Wyman J Productions will do their best to accommodate and no cancellation fee will be charged if the new date is available and within five months of the original event date. Otherwise the new date will be subject to current rates if applicable. If Wyman J Productions is not available for the new date, the original contract will be canceled and subject to the cancellation policy.iption

Item dIn the unlikely event that the videographer from Wyman J Productions is unable to perform to the guidelines of this contract due to an injury, illness, or other cause beyond the control of the company including the COVID-19 outbreak, Wyman J Productions will make every effort to secure a replacement. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, then Wyman J Productions shall return the security deposit to the CLIENT but shall have no further liability with respect to the agreement.

By booking with Wyman J Productions, the CLIENT hereby grants permission to reproduce any portion of the photo images and video files for self use and or self promotion, which includes: websites and social media, without any more compensation or recognition given to me. Furthermore, I do not grant permission to resale or use the photographs in a manner that would exploit or cause malicious representation toward me or my company and associates.

Delivered projects are archived for 90 days from the delivery date. After this time, files may be removed without notice. Ongoing file storage and backups are the client’s responsibility.
